Literally born from necessity, the founders of Rumpl® found themselves in a stalled car without power, in sub-zero temperatures. Waiting for help to arrive, they found themselves finding warmth in their sleeping bags. It was then they came to a strange realization: these sleeping bags were more comfortable than the blankets they had at home. Taking the idea to Kickstarter, the concept of a sleeping bag blanket took the internet by storm, with the project finding funding within hours. Due to the success of their first blanket, the founders realized the demand and Rumpl was officially born. Utilizing materials originally intended for performance and outdoor brands, they seek to modernize the traditional blanket.

Bringing a plethora or performance tech to the blanket market, Rumpl utilizes a number of engineered features to deliver warmth and comfort. NanoLoft™ puffy blankets are filled with tiny insulation clusters that serve to mimic the insulating properties of down. NanoLoft also reduces your footprint with a packable design that quickly rebounds to its full loft when unfurled. A DWR Finish brings durable, water-repellant properties to blankets and protected from stains, spills and odors.
